TRIGGER service s.r.o. will process your personal data in order to fulfill our contractual obligation to provide you with the goods and services you have purchased on our website www.triggerservice.cz.

Your personal data will not be disclosed to any third parties except for those entities through which we ensure the delivery and execution of the goods and services you purchase from us. This primarily includes delivery companies. In such cases, your personal data will be transmitted to the selected delivery company in the minimal scope necessary to fulfill the contract – namely, for the purpose of delivering the goods.

In this regard, if you choose delivery via one of these third parties, your personal data may be provided, based on your selection, to the following courier company:

Right of Access:

You have the right to request that TRIGGER service s.r.o. promptly correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data concerning you.

You have the right to request that TRIGGER service s.r.o. erase your personal data without undue delay if:
Your personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed;
You withdraw your consent on which the processing is based and no other legal basis for processing exists;
You object to the processing of your personal data as per Article 21(1) of the Regulation and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing;

Right to Restrict Processing:

You have the right to request that TRIGGER service s.r.o. restrict the processing of your personal data if:
You contest the accuracy of your personal data, for the period necessary to verify their accuracy;
The processing is unlawful and you object to the erasure of your personal data and instead request restriction of processing;
TRIGGER service s.r.o. no longer requires your personal data for processing, but you need them for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims;
You object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 21(1) of the Regulation, until it is determined whether the legitimate interests of TRIGGER service s.r.o. prevail over your rights.
